What are TapCaps?
Unique collectible characters that blend keycaps and fidget toys.
Are TapCaps compatible with my keyboard?
They fit all MX-style mechanical keyboard switches. These account for most gaming keyboards.
Which key do they replace?
TapCaps can replace any key on your keyboard, but we recommend using them to replace the ESC key or the function/number row to showcase the characters best.
Ordering
How do I know my order is confirmed?
You'll receive an order confirmation email after checkout — keep an eye on your inbox.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible — contact support ASAP with your order number.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Venmo, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay and PayPal.
Shipping & Delivery
When will I receive my order?
Shipping times vary by region and service selected. We expect domestic orders to deliver between 3-7 days.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes — options vary by location and are shown at checkout.
What if my tracking info hasn't updated?
Tracking updates can lag; if it hasn't moved for a few days, check again or contact support.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery time are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to custom fees or import taxes depending on your country.
Returns & Refunds
How do I start a return?
Email support@tapcaps.com with your order confirmation number and the reason for your return.
What items are eligible for return?
Unopened TapCap Mystery Boxes may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened Mystery Boxes are not eligible for return or refund. If your TapCap arrives damaged or defective, we'll send you a replacement. Email support@tapcaps.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue so we can assist.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take a few business days to appear.

Will you restock sold-out items?
If an item is out of stock online it's no longer available, though some products may allow back-in-stock notifications.
Are your products authentic?
Yes — all TapCaps sold through our store are original and meet quality standards.
How long will support replies take?

Giveaways, Promotions, and Pop-Up Events
From time to time, we may offer or participate in giveaways, sweepstakes, contests, promotions, pop-up events, brand activations, or similar events, either directly or with partners, co-sponsors, venues, influencers, or vendors.
When you participate in a giveaway, promotion, or event, we may collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, social media handle, age or eligibility confirmation, event registration information, photos or videos you choose to provide or permit us to capture, prize preferences, tax documentation where required, and other information needed to administer the promotion or event.

User Generated Content

Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Welcome to TapCap! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to TapCap Inc. TapCap Inc. operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). TapCap Inc. is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.

We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services in our online stores. However, please note that colors or product appearance may differ from how they may appear on your screen due to the type of device you use to access the store and your device settings and configuration.
We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products or services purchased by you will meet your expectations or be the same as depicted or rendered in our online stores.
All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.
Certain products are sold as “mystery boxes.” Characters and variants are randomly assorted. No specific character, rarity, or variant is guaranteed with any purchase.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. TapCap Inc. reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until TapCap Inc. confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting, as TapCap Inc. may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Unopened TapCap Mystery Boxes may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Opened Mystery Boxes are not eligible for return or refund.
If your TapCap arrives damaged or defective, we will send you a replacement. You must contact support@tapcaps.com within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery and provide photos or videos of the issue in order to receive a replacement.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges.
Prices posted in our online stores may be different from prices offered in physical stores or in online or other stores operated by third parties.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made at our stores and to promptly update your account and other information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently ship only within the United States.
Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services and all content are owned by TapCap Inc., its affiliates or licensors and are protected by U.S. and foreign intellectual property laws. These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may be provided with access to third-party tools which we neither monitor nor control. Use of such tools is at your own risk.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
